Coverage in the New Scientist

Cris

In June I had a series of pleasant conversations and a South Bay hike with Perter Aldhous, the San Francisco Bureau Chief for .New Scientist I had met Peter previously on an outing with the Northern California Science Writers Association and he had kept loosely up to date with the South Bay work. Our recent exchange led to an article by Peter in the New Scientist CultureLab WWW column.

The article – Beauty of devastated Californian land seen from a kite – was accompanied by an associated gallery – Hidden ecologies:salt ponds and entombed marshes.
